1. Overview

Soxway wants you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for payments made to us.

Because our Service is prepaid and digital in nature — proxy access is activated immediately upon payment — all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a limited refund window for first-time purchases as described below.

2. First Purchase — 72-Hour Refund Window

If this is your first purchase on Soxway, you may request a refund within 72 hours from the moment of payment if the proxies did not meet your expectations or were not suitable for your use case.

The following conditions apply:

  • The refund is issued minus the 3% payment processing fee charged by our third-party payment provider (acquirer). This fee is non-recoverable as it is retained by the payment processor.
  • If you have consumed a significant amount of traffic during the 72-hour period, the refund will be recalculated proportionally based on actual traffic usage. The unused portion of your balance will be refunded.
  • The refund is issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment. If a refund in the original cryptocurrency is not feasible (e.g., due to network fees exceeding the refund amount, or token unavailability), we may request an alternative cryptocurrency wallet address for the refund.

3. Subsequent Purchases

For your second and any subsequent purchases, Soxway reserves the right to decline refund requests. By making a repeat purchase, you confirm that you have already evaluated the Service and are satisfied with its quality and suitability for your needs.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failures on our end (e.g., prolonged service outage, billing errors, or duplicate charges).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 72 hours after the first purchase;
  • All or most of the purchased traffic has been consumed;
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Incompatibility with a third-party tool, website, or service that is outside our control;
  • Promotional credits, trial bonuses, referral bonuses, or discounted bundles;
  • Any subsequent (non-first) purchase, unless an exception is approved at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 72 hours of your first purchase with:

  • Your registered email address or account username;
  • The payment amount and approximate date of the transaction;
  • The reason for your refund request;
  • Your cryptocurrency wallet address for receiving the refund.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund amount equals your payment minus the 3% acquirer fee, and minus the cost of any significant traffic consumed;
  • Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency. Processing time depends on blockchain confirmation times, typically within 1–3 business days;
  • If a refund in the original currency is not possible, we will coordinate an alternative with you.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Since all payments are processed in cryptocurrency through a third-party provider, traditional chargebacks do not apply. If you have a payment dispute, please contact our support team directly so we can resolve it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
