Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Soxway platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, resellers, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service in any capacity.

Soxway provides proxy infrastructure services, including residential and mobile proxies. The Service allows users to route internet traffic through our network of IP addresses. Proxies are available on a pay-as-you-go basis or through fixed-rate plans, with activation upon payment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. We offer two registration methods:

• Standard registration: You provide an email address and create a password. You may optionally sign up using your Google account.
• Quick registration: A random username and password are generated for you automatically. We store these credentials to enable account recovery if needed.

You may also optionally link your Telegram account for notifications and support access.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Soxway does not require identity verification (KYC). We do not verify the identity, age, or location of our users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely and entirely responsible for how you use the proxy services provided by Soxway;
• Soxway provides network infrastructure only and does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the actions performed through the proxy network by its users;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service are your responsibility alone;
• You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

Soxway bears no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the proxy network, including but not limited to legal claims, fines, or penalties imposed by any authority.

You expressly agree not to use the Service to:

• Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any form of network flooding;
• Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful software;
• Engage in credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access to third-party systems;
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk communications;
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any deceptive practices;
• Distribute child exploitation material or engage in any activity that exploits minors;
• Conduct any activity that constitutes a criminal offense under applicable law.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal activity.

Soxway offers a reseller program that allows users to purchase proxy traffic in bulk and resell it to their own customers. By participating, you agree to:

• Ensure your customers comply with these Terms and applicable laws;
• Not misrepresent the nature or origin of the Service;
• Be solely responsible for the actions of your sub-users.

We reserve the right to revoke reseller access at any time if the program is being misused.

The Service operates on a prepaid basis. Proxy access is activated immediately upon confirmed payment. We accept payments in cryptocurrency.

All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (acquirer) that charges a processing fee of 3% on each transaction. Soxway does not directly receive, process, or hold your cryptocurrency. We do not verify the origin or source of funds — all responsibility for the legality and legitimacy of payment funds lies with the user and the third-party payment provider.

Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is owned by Soxway and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your own purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Proxy speeds, availability, and IP quality may vary and are not guaranteed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOXWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SOXWAY IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining balance, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
